You may have seen these around and wondered what the fuss is all about. They make us feel soothed, relaxed and nourished, as you may be aware turmeric has heaps of health benefits the main being its an excellent anti inflammatory so that’s an added bonus. We wasnt convinced we would like these but they are super tasty especially with the addition of some ginger and cinnamon.
